William (Bill) Joseph Plews, 62, passed away on February 25. 2024, in St. Petersburg, FL. A native of St. Petersburg, William was born on June 29, 1961, to the late Kenneth and Mary (Weiks) Plews.
Bill had a friendly and generous spirit. He was quick to offer help when he saw another’s need. He was talented with his hands and could fix most anything. He had a great sense of humor and loved working in his yard. Bill’s ability in researching genealogy is a lasting gift to his family.
William is survived by his brothers, Dennis and Timothy; sisters Susan, Christine (Tom Rowley) and Mary Jo (Rodney Beeson), niece Jennifer Guarino and great nephews Justin and Jared Guarino, nephew Blake Beeson (Lacey), and great nephew Beckett Beeson. He was preceded in death by his parents and sister-in-law Eve (Prang) Plews (Dennis).
A public graveside service will be held Friday, March 8, 2024, at Calvary Catholic Cemetery, Clearwater, FL, at 1:30 pm near the Chapel of the Resurrection.
