Tammy D Brown, age 60, of St Petersburg, FL, passed away on April 4, 2022, after battling with heath issues. She meant the world to her family and her spirit is carried by all who knew her and loved her. She was a very caring person always giving encouraging words of wisdom and help to all she met and even to those she had not met. If anyone needed prayer, she was there to pray for them. She will be missed.
She enjoyed visiting her Sons and Grandsons in Pennsylvania, going to the beach, flea markets, finding bargains, fishing, watching the sunsets and dolphins. She loved reading her Bible, Sunshine and Rainbows, which reminded her of God’s promises and His love for her.
Born March 3, 1962 in Texas, she was the daughter of the late Thomas L. and Jaqueline M Brown.
She is survived by her two Amazing and Loving Sons: Leroy (Jesselyne) and Carl Winslow, three Awesome grandsons, whom she dearly loved and who always brightened her day: Conner, Braylon, and Owen Winslow; two sisters, Sandra A Marling and Sue K Brown and three brothers; Thomas J Brown, John S Brown, and Thomas L Brown Jr and her Wonderful Brother-in-Law Jim Ninedorf.

Nice picture of Tammy with Dean. He was always the burley type. Tammy is and will be missed. But I know her heart was right with Her Savior and she is in His presence with NO pain and Completely Healed. I am so glad she was my sister. God Bless You Both Leroy and Carl and May God Comfort both of You and Give You Peace..
I miss you my loving sister and I will see you again your little brother Thomas L Brownlll you will always be in my ❤
Aunt Tammy, you were always there for me after my mom passed away. O matter what time or what the situation was, you always replied back with the same wisdom and care that my mother did. I never got to thank you or tell how much you meant to me but I’m sure you knew. I Love You and Miss You. I can still remember beating that kid up who was picking on Leroy and Carl and the guy who disrespected you. I have always be the one who stood up for my family and even though I had made mistakes in my life, I have paid my price and done my time for my mistakes. I am struggling daily with life but I will never give up. I hope you are with mom(Karen) Dean, Aunt Linda, Michelle, Grandma and Grandpa I Love You and have you in my heart forever. Tell mom I love her.
