Shawn L. Vesey, 41, of Clearwater, passed away Friday, June 16, 2023.
He was born in Indian Rocks and raised in Pinellas County. He graduated from Dunedin high school. He enjoyed fishing and worked in the construction industry.
He is survived by his mother, Mary Gonzalez and step-dad Nicolas Gonzalez (Pinellas Park); father, Arthur Vesey Jr. (Oldsmar); brother, Christopher Vesey ( Homeworth, Ohio), his four children, Cheyanne and Tyler Vesey (Largo), Gary and Kimberly Vesey (Oldsmar); his grandmother’s Carol Barnes (Dunedin), Sandra Vesey (Springhill); Uncle Lawrence Barnes (St. Petersburg). He is preceded in death by his two grandfather’s John Barnes and Arthur Vesey Sr, aunt Claudia Barnes, niece’s Summer Vesey and Starr Vesey. He is also survived by many cousins, great uncles, aunt and other family members.
A Celebration of Life will be announced at a later date.

Shawn was a hard worker he put in miles to get things done unfortunately god had other plans.rip brother.

Son I’ll love you always. I will have a space in my heart that’s left by you. It’s sad that your gone so soon. You’re with some awesome family, I know the one person you love being with your with him know grandpa Barnes. You’re at peace know and no longer fighting all your demons. Rest easy my son.
