It is with profound sadness that we share the passing of Robert Eugene Lake Sr., who left us on November 13th,2024 at the age of 79. Born in Terre Haute, Indiana on September 19,1945. Adopted only months old by Bryan and Avanell Lake. They moved to Florida when he was a teen where he met his wife, lifelong friend and companion of 60 years Brenda J Bond. They married and had three children.
He spent the majority of time with his family, friends, neighbors, and his dog Mason. He still loved to read the Sunday paper, watch football, old westerns, Jerry Springer, and listen to music from his youth.
He leaves behind his wife Brenda, children Robert Jr., David (Pamela), daughter Kimberly Brown, one grandchild Breanne Brown, one great grandchild Adena Witting, and a sister Judy Bixler.
What a wonderful man he was. He will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him.

This man was in my life longer than my own father was. He loved me like his own. He did the honor of walking me down the aisle when I got married to his son. I will miss his laughter, his sense of humor and most of all his “I Love You Too’s”. Rest easy Dad, I Love You.
I am heartbroken for Bobs family, he was loved by all of them. I have known the family for over 30 years and know he will be missed by everyone. RIP Bob, send some signs so we all know you are okay ❤️
