Patrick V. Nolan, 82 of Seminole, FL, passed away on January 2, 2024. Patrick was born on July 07, 1941 in Merrion, County Dublin, Ireland and grew up in Milltown, County Dublin at Mount St. Anne’s Convent and Church where his father was the caretaker. Patrick and his fiancé Helen came to America in 1960 and settled in Seminole, FL. He was a charming, quick witted Irishman with many a story to tell and song to sing. Patrick was an avid fisherman and loved to take his children and grandchildren fishing whenever possible. He was a landscaper and master gardener and loved to be outside in the warmth of the Florida sun; growing roses, orchids and bonsais trees. Patrick was an adored husband, father and grandfather, who was loved by all who met him. Patrick is survived by his wife of 63 years, Helen Nolan, his 4 daughters –Colleen Dannemiller (Steve), Wendy Kidney (Rob), Maureen Flanagan (Dennis) and Catherine Nolan – his 4 granddaughters – Kylie (Sarah), Kadi, Elizabeth, Jaylee and 1 grandson –Donovan. Patrick is also survived by 2 brothers in Ireland – Gordon and Desser Nolan and a sister in Germany – Collette Oeffner, as well as many other nieces and nephews in Ireland, England, Germany and Scotland. Our world has lost a bright light and Heaven has gained an angel.
