  1. Mom,
I can’t believe I am writing this. I remember us talking about the future in the kitchen. You had your ideas and I was just listening and talking with you about what could be done as well. You were happy, smiling, and laughing. I wish I could have had some more time with you. God works in mysterious ways. Maybe you getting sick and moving in with me was his way of giving us time to catch up and you spending time with your grandsons, me, and Inez. Seeing everyone, talking with them, cooking with me, and giving huge and kisses. I am so blessed God gave us that time. You had one of the hardest jobs being a mother and a father. You did both amazing and taught me to always be in the ready mode. I will always be ready to take on all the challenges life has in store, but this one is one that I was not ready for. I am so blessed that I was able to give you a big huge, kiss and told you I love before I left the day you got the call from upstairs that they needed your help. Mom, I miss you…I love you and I will see you when I get the call myself. I want to say this is unfair, but you taught me life is not fair and that the world does not owe me anything. That I have to give it my all in everything I do and let hard work speak for itself. Thank you for always having an ear to listen and love for me and my sister to do all the hard work you put in raising us. There is so many things I want to say, the most important is I LOVE YOU MOM, you will be missed.

  2. Sorry Mom forgot to tell you everyone that came to the house back in the day, sends their love. Mom, please look over us all and help us to see the signs God Intends us to see when we are in harms way. ONE LOVE.
