Deacon, Kenneth Caldwell III (KC), 62, St. Petersburg, FL, passed away July 12, 2024. He is
preceded in death by his parents Kenneth Jr. and Eleanor Deacon. He is survived by his wife of
29 years Nancy, daughter Natalie (Joe), sisters Elizabeth (Doug) and Eleanor (Tim), sister-in-
law Kathy (Dave), brother-in-law Frank (Rene), nephews and nieces Christopher,
Steven (Jeannette), Allison, Bobby, and Spencer, and a huge extended family.
He attended Boca Ciega High School (graduating 1980) and worked for ACS Maintenance for
24 years. He worked hard to provide a second home and shared experiences that yielded
endless fond memories for his family and friends. He will always be remembered for his clever
wit, easy-going personality, wicked sense of humor, master firepit skills, gardening, ability to fix
almost anything, passion for Budweiser, grilling, football, chilling and enjoying life.
A Celebration of KC’s life will be held in Madeira Beach at the American Legion (600 American
Legion Drive, Madeira Beach, FL 33708) on Saturday, September 21st from 3-6 PM. Friends, family and
those whose lives were touched by KC are welcome to join us in sharing memories and stories
of his remarkable life. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to The Humane Society of
Tampa Bay.
KC will be dearly missed but never forgotten!!
