Herman “Herm” Rae Garman Sr., 73, of Hudson, Florida, passed away on Sunday, October 11, 2026, while receiving hospice care.
Born November 1, 1952, in Ickesburg, Pennsylvania, he was the son of Elmer I. Garman and the late Betty Mae (Reisinger) Garman of Shermans Dale, Pennsylvania.
