Dr. Ramendra Prasad Singh, An Entrepreneur, a former Aerospace scientist, and a resident of Palm Harbor, FL passed away on March 26th, 2022 of natural causes.
Dr Singh was born on January 10, 1945 to Sita Singh (Mother) and Shiva Prasad Singh (Father) in India. Dr. Singh received his Ph.D. in Engineering Mechanics from the University of Alabama, Huntsville and his Masters of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Miami. Dr. Ramendra Singh. Served as President and CEO since he co-founded the Company Dynacs Inc. in 1985. Dr. Singh had over 40 years of technical experience at the senior engineering, management and executive levels and was an Associate Fellow of the AIAA and the 1996 Division Director of the International Society for Measurement and Control. Dr. Singh was a recognized technical expert and has over 50 published journal papers and articles. From 1985 till 2002 under his leadership Dynacs won several contracts from The Boeing Company related to the International Space Station, NASA Glenn Research Center, NASA Kennedy Space Center Engineering Development Contract, Federal agencies — NASA and US Air Force, Jet Propulsion Labs, ESA(European Space Agency). Dynacs Inc.’s growth enabled it to establish offices around the world in cities US (Florida, Texas, New Mexico, California, Washington, Ohio, Minnesota), Turin(Italy), India, and Indonesia. In 1999 Dynacs Inc was recognized by the Florida Governor among the top 100 small businesses of the year. The set of solution algorithms and digital computer software applications for spacecraft dynamics developed by Dynacs’ is considered a standard in the US and European space industry. In 2002 Dynacs Inc. was acquired by MD&A of Canada. Dr. Singh’s love for learning and mentoring was a lifelong passion, which he pursued till the end.
A Funeral service is schedule for 1 PM on Thursday March 31st at the ABBEY AFFORDABLE in Largo, Florida.
Dr. Singh got married to his current wife Toni Singh (Savalli) in June, 1975. Dr. Singh is survived by his wife Toni Singh, Daughter Nina Singh, Late Son Jay Singh, Granddaughter Alexandra, Grandsons (Morgan, Cameron, Hayden, & Cayden).

Ramen Singh was a very loving and caring brother to me and I will greatly miss him. He embodied everything that was good and bright in this world. A true gentleman to the core. Wish his soul to Rest in Peace.
