Charles Williams, age 59 of Pinellas Park, Florida passed away on Sunday, June 23, 2024.

Charles was born on March 13,1965 in Orlando, Florida to Pastor C.W. Williams and Charlene (Flat) Burby. He was raised in a Christian home and believed in God. He was a gifted hairdresser and owned a salon in New York for more than 20 years. Charles was also a talented pianist and had many opportunities to play professionally during his career. He loved animals, especially turtle doves and his horses (Sugar Baby and DJ). He worked at several equestrian sites over the years tending to livestock and providing guided tours.

He was an experienced landscaper and nursery plant maintenance worker. He enjoyed helping people find the perfect combination of tropical plants to create their dreamscape. He had a charismatic personality that made his stories come to life. His favorite place was the beach and he loved watching the sunrise and sunset. He was a beloved son, brother and uncle to loved ones. He was truly loved and will be dearly missed.

He is survived by his father, Pastor C.W. Williams of Berea, KY; mother, Charlene (Flat) Burby of Port St. Lucie, FL; sister, Carla Zvosechz of Pinellas Park, FL; sister, Cheryl Matson of Port St. Lucie, FL; sister, Cynthia Oaks of Berea, KY; and many nieces and nephews.

A private celebration of life is being held by those most dear to him. Thanks for your thoughts and prayers for our family.

  1. Chuck, I have thought so much about you. You were so creative, with so many talents, and you were such a blessing to know. I loved the few times you played the piano, just for me. I enjoyed seeing your posts on FB about the amazing way your green thumb worked at the nursery and the animals you loved. Yes, I love and miss you, Aunt Martha
