Carol Willis

Carol Willis ( Maiden name Carol Green )                                                                                                          Born June 26 , 1958 in Columbus ,Ohio  — Passed away on August 16 ,2024 at home in Saint Petersburg, Fl. She was preceded in death by her mother Marvel VanDeMARK and father Robert Green And Bill VanDeMark .She had two sisters Kathy Green ( Leonard ) and Marsha Wardlow and two brothers Brian and Greg VanDeMark and her husband Harry Willis of 42 Years.                                    

Carol was wonderful person and had a smile on her face all the time . She was loved by many. We will all miss Carol .Carol was a high school graduate ,she worked at Goodwill and file clerk at Landmark Bank. She had dinner with astronaut John Glenn and Bob Denver. Carol enjoyed going to concerts and playing video games, listening to audio books and reading comic books.                                                      

  I will have Carol in my heart forever.

  2. Carol has been a wonderful friend for many years. She had a positive outlook on life and cared deeply about others. I will miss her phone calls, her sense of humor, and her laugh. She fought hard and laughed often. She was a very unique and special person and had a way of making everyone smile. I will miss her always.

I bet you until I met Carol when I moved to Florida 25 years ago we had a small single group and she loved to come to bingo she was a very sweet person never a bad thing to say about anybody I didn’t get to see her too often since we move to different places but I will remember her now she’ll be free to move around in heaven with the rest of her family

  4. I met Carol when we moved to Florida we lived in the same complex we had a small group of people that would come to bingo every week and she loved bingo she never had a bad word for anybody I enjoyed being with her and talking to her she will now be free to enjoy her family in heaven

Mrs. Carol was such a a great person I’m so glad I meet her I started off as her caregiver and turned into one of her friends, we talked on the phone went to movies, shopping, I’m definitely gonna miss her I have never met someone like her with everything going on she was still the happiest person you could meet always laughing. She loved her husband so much and he was so great to her took really good care of her. I’m going to miss her!

  7. Aunt Boots. Sorry I didn’t get to spend so much time with you. I will live with all of our memories. Rest in paradise with grandma and grampa. You will be missed.

  8. I was lucky enough to call this beautiful lady a friend. She was the kindest, sweetest person ever. She had her struggles but always cared more about others. RIP Boots, you are loved and missed. Fly high sweet angel.♥️
