Douglas Calvin Penix
83 of Clearwater, Florida, passed away peacefully on the morning of November 19th, 2021.
He is survived by his loving wife Paula, his brother Darrel (Joan), his children Danielle (Andrew), Danny (Randi), Paul (Diana), and his grandchildren Helene, Paula, Robert, and Jenna.
Doug was preceded in death by his Mother Grace, Father Curtis along with five siblings, Curtis Jr., Patricia Ann, Harold, Rufus, and Ronald Lee.
Memorial to be held at Bay Pines National Cemetery
Monday December 13th, 2021, at 2pm

Doug Penix you were a good man. You came into Paula’s life at a vulnerable time. You loved her, comforted her and cared for her. I love you and respect you so much for that.
You were also a loving Dad to Danielle, Dan and Paul, and loving Grandpa to Helene, Paula, Rob and Jenna.
You were a fun brother-in law to me, Fred, Tom and Jen and Uncle to our children.
You will be missed at our family gatherings and we will hold our fond memories of you in our heart always.
