THORP, Peter Bradley 63, of Palm Harbor, FL passed away peacefully in his home surrounded by his loving family on Friday, July 19, 2024 after a 15 month battle with Grade 4 Glioblastoma brain cancer. His service will be held August 3, at 11 am at Calvary Crystal Beach Church, 625 Crystal Beach Ave., Crystal Beach, FL. Son of Howard and Mary Thorp, Peter is survived by his mother Mary Thorp, loving wife, Jackie Thorp; his children, Rochelle, Noel and Renee Thorp; step-daughters, (step-dots) Rachel and Sydney Pettay; sisters, Elizabeth (Steve) Parsch, Patricia Thorp (Lewis Wilkinson) and Brandy (Michael) Galos. Peter graduated from the University of Florida, built a successful construction company and later joined Boland Construction, where he was well respected as an outstanding manager, mentor, colleague and friend. The outpouring of support and love from the many people whose lives he touched is a testament to his greatness. His beloved friends from The Women’s Auxiliary Club have also unwaveringly been there for “Pedro” and his family throughout his journey. He will be sorely missed by us all.
