JANICE BEATRICE SAWYER-BUTTON,
Born Monday August 23, 1965, in Mount Kisco, New York, the youngest of 11 siblings, Janice boarded the crazy train of life, (her favorite song)!
Loving mother, nana, sister, wife, and dog mom. Janice passed away unexpectedly Monday December 15, 2025, at the age of 60…end of the line, no longer riding the crazy train. Up in heaven watching over her family who miss her dearly.
Janice married Richard P. Sawyer II (predeceased) and had 4 children; Richard P. Sawyer III (predeceased), Janice B. Sawyer, Melissa A. Sawyer, and Robert P. Sawyer who made 1 granddaughter, Kiri.
Janice lived a selfless life always putting the needs of her family and pets ahead of her own. Janice worked hard all her life to support her family with her career in medical transcription.
Janice prided herself in how she raised her children; strong, independent, artistic, each unique, blessed, and loved.
Janice enjoyed the beach, loved to read, enjoyed suspense,Si-Fi and who done-it movies and shows.
Sarcastically quick and witty, economical, efficient, and intelligent she passed these traits to her children.
Gone never forgotten. Rest in peace, mom!
