Do you accept pre-arrangements or pre-payments?
No, we only handle cases at the time of need. When your loved one passes, that is when we would need to be contacted.
When can I expect to receive my cremains?
Cremains can be expected to be ready for pickup approximately two weeks from receiving the signed death record from the doctor

Death Certificates can be expected to be ready for pickup approximately two weeks from receiving the signed death record from the doctor

What times can I come in and pick up?
Our pick up hours are as follows and there is no need to make an appointment:
Monday-Friday: 11:00 am – 3:00 pm
Saturday: 10:00 am – 11:00 pm
What information do I need to have before I come in for my appointment?

Yes, by law, each case is handled individually.
