Do you accept pre-arrangements or pre-payments?

No, we only handle cases at the time of need.  When your loved one passes, that is when we would need to be contacted.

When can I expect to receive my cremains?

Cremains can be expected to be ready for pickup approximately two weeks from receiving the signed death record from the doctor
