No, we only handle cases at the time of need.  When your loved one passes, that is when we would need to be contacted.

Our pick up hours are as follows and there is no need to make an appointment:

  • Monday-Friday: 11:00 am – 3:00 pm

  • Saturday: 10:00 am – 11:00 pm

  • Sunday: Closed

Yes, by law, each case is handled individually.
