Daniel Bruce Robinson, age 82, passed away peacefully on December 1, 2025, in St. Petersburg, Florida. Born on December 16, 1942, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Daniel lived a life enriched by creativity, dedication, and a steadfast commitment to his faith and community.
A graduate of Eastern Kentucky State College, Daniel devoted over thirty years to the field of education as an art and world history teacher. For 29 of those years he taught at Willard Junior High School in Willard, Ohio. His love of the arts and education was evident not only in the classroom but also through his involvement with the Ohio Art Education Association. Daniel’s influence as a teacher left a lasting impression on generations of students who benefited from his guidance and encouragement.
On August 29, 1964, Daniel became one of Jehovah’s Witnesses—a pivotal moment that shaped the course of his life. He served faithfully as a minister for over six decades and was known for his dedication to sharing his well-founded beliefs about Jehovah God and the assured promise of a future paradise on Earth. His ministry brought him great joy and purpose throughout his life, as he strove to help others learn about Jehovah God.
Daniel found fulfillment in the simple pleasures of life. He loved gardening and took pride in nurturing plants and flowers. A curious and thoughtful reader, he maintained a lifelong love of books, along with a special fondness for animals, and enjoyed photography. Daniel kept up with OSU Buckeyes football and Kentucky Wildcats basketball games. He loved music and played the viola, even playing once at Carnegie Hall.
He is survived by his wife of 59 years, Heather Hamilton Robinson; daughter Lisa Robinson Briggs; son and daughter-in-law Brian and Ingrid Robinson; brother-in-law Paul Hamilton and sister-in-law Debbie Hamilton; sister-in-law Sabrina Hamilton; and brother-in-law Dale Green; as well as numerous nieces and nephews who enjoyed their time with him. He also is survived by many cherished friends, including the Kissel, Dyer, Norris, and Sieving families.
Daniel was preceded in death by his father Arthur Glenn Robinson; mother Glenmon Mabel Bennett Robinson; sisters Mary Robinson Francis and Marguerite Robinson Henry; and brother Arthur Glenn Robinson.
A memorial service will be held on Zoom on Sunday, January 4, 2026, at 4:00 pm. Daniel’s unwavering faith, love for teaching, and gentle spirit will be remembered by all who knew him. May Jehovah God’s promise of a resurrection on a Paradise earth bring comfort to those whose lives he touched.

We send our love and prayers to the Robinson Family Proverbs 3: 5,6
Brother Robinson’s absence at our Kingdom Hall has been felt for awhile now. It will certainly be felt more as the days pass, but we know this is not the end. Our beautiful hope will soon be brought to reality. Thank God Jehovah and his son Jesus for the beautiful future they have provided for us. Heather, you are in our prayers and always in our thoughts. Much Christian Love to you and your family.
