IMMEDIATE BURIAL
This service includes the basic services of the funeral director and administrative staff for obtaining and filing legal documents, removal from place of death to funeral home within 20 mile radius, sanitary care of the remains, transportation of deceased to cemetary (50 mile radius.)
NOTE: This service does NOT include embalming or other preparation of the remains, refrigeration, viewing or use of the facility or merchandise selected such as casket, memorial register, folders or cards. FORWARDING REMAINS TO ANOTHER FUNERAL HOME
This service includes the basic services of staff and administrative staff and use of basic facilities, obtaining documents and other paperwork necessary to complete the transfer, transporting the deceased from place of death to a mortuary within a 20 mile radius, embalming and/or sanitary care of the remains, transport to airport or common carrier.
NOTE: This service does NOT include preparation of the remains, dressing, cosmetizing, hair care, casket or container, visitation, service or service merchandise, automotive equipment (except as noted above), cash advances such as other funeral home charges, taxes or common carrier charges. RECEIVING REMAINS FROM ANOTHER FUNERAL HOME
This service includes the basic services of the funeral director and staff, administrative staff, transportation from airport or local carrier, transportation to cemetery or crematory within a 20 mile radius.
