On June 5th, 2026 Loving Mother, Grandmother, and Great Grandmother Joanne Mary Riggs 79 of Largo Fla passed away at her home. Originally from Braddock, Pa she was a diehard Pittsburgh Steeler and Nascar Fan. She had a career in retail as a supervisor at Kmart as well as Albertsons. She is preceded in death by her mother Angela (Gigliotti) Garritano and Father Salvatore Garritano. She is survived by her sister Rosemary Teachout of Myrtle Beach, Son Joseph Riggs of Conway, SC, Daughter Jennielynn Malowany of Myrtle Beach SC and Son Samuel Riggs of Largo Fla. grandchildren Angela, Angelica, Marissa, Maria, Sam Jr, and Xander and numerous great grandchildren. Her sense of humor and steadfast guidance will be missed by not only her family but also numerous friends. May she rest in the loving arms of our Lord and Savior.
