Monica “Moe” Lynn Chapin

Monica “Moe” Lynn Chapin gained her angel wings on February 27, 2022.

Monica was born June 2, 1986 in Pell City, AL.  She grew up in San Antonio and lived in Dade City, FL.  Monica attended Wesley Chapel High School.

Monica worked at the Jiffy store in San Antonio as a deli clerk and went on to become a Deli Manager for Publix.  She also enjoyed working at the Vintage Marketplace in Zephyrhills where she met many loving friends.  She enjoyed vintage clothing most of all, or old fashioned as she would say.

Monica is survived by the love of her life, her daughter Maybelle, mother Teresa, brother Donald, granny Donna, Aunt Melissa, Aunt Alissa, Uncle Jon along with many other loving family members and friends.

Monica was developing a love for gardening, decorating and cooking with Maybelle.  They enjoyed taking selfies, going to the beach with their dogs Dyna and Buffy and theme parks.  Monica was a kind and loving lady.  She always put others before herself. Her time here was too short, but she touched many hearts and lives in her journey.  She will be greatly missed by all who knew her beautiful smile and piercing dark eyes.

A Celebrations of Life will be held in her honor at Redemption Church in Dade City, Saturday, March 19th at 11:00 am.
