Edward Michael Jasones
He passed away peacefully at Hospice December 20, 2021 at the age of 93 years old.
He was born in Kearny, NJ and later moved to Clearwater, Florida.
He served in the US Navy as Seaman First Class, V6 during World War II with an Honorable Discharge August 1946. He was a proud Veteran and was so happy to receive a certificate from Hospice for his service.
He was predeceased by his two children, Eddie and Kathy and his wife Beatrice.
He is survived by his daughters, Lois & her husband, Bob Hines of Largo, FL , Joan & her husband, Steve Anderson of Spring Hill, FL and Natashia & her husband, Tom Kruse, of Blairstown, NJ.
He is survived by 9 grandchildren (Jennifer, Kimberly, Susan, Matthew, Kelsey, Brittany, Kaylee, Zach and Emmitt and 6 great-grandchildren (Bryce, Austin, Emily, Kyler, Kaiden and Levi).
Ed was a huge fan of the Tampa Bay Rays and Tampa Bay Buccaneers – some of his last words were “Go Bucs”.
Ed’s wishes were to be honored with a military funeral and services will be held at Bay Pines Veteran’s Cemetery at a later date.
