SMELTZ, JACK “CLYDE” age 68 passed away peacefully at his home surrounded with family on September 29, 2021 after a long battle with Huntingdon’s Disease. He is survived by his loving wife of 40 years Linda Smeltz (Rizzo) of Holiday, Florida: His Daughter Erin Smeltz of McDonald, Pennsylvania, his son Evan Smeltz of Holiday, Florida, and his daughter Allison Hutchcraft (Jeremy) of Ocala Florida.
