James Lee Smart passed away June 11, 2020 with his wife by his side. He is survived by his wife of almost 42 years Debbie, his daughter Elizabeth, 2 sons Robert and Timothy. He also left behind 2 beautiful granddaughters Taylor and Sadie. In lieu of flowers give to America Cancer Society in his memory.
